2017 GMC ACADIA ENGINE
New 2017 GMC Acadia will come with a 2.5-liter 194-horsepower four-cylinder engine with direct-injection and a stop/start system helping it achieve an estimated 28 mpg on the highway, and 22 mpg in the city. According to GM, it will come with front-wheel-drive system. There will also be and a 3.6-liter direct-injection V-6 power unit. This engine is capable to deliver an estimated 310 horsepower to out-muscle the old 281-horsepower V6. When properly equipped, the new V6-powered 2017 GMC Acadia should offer 4,000-pounds of towing capability. Both engines will come with a six-speed automatic transmission.
RELEASE DATE AND PRICE
The exact release date has not been issued so far, but it will certainly come in the beginning of next year. Price of the new 2017 GMC Acadia will be in range from $29,995 to $47,845 depending on the extras.
